Your weekly childcare submission must be made every Monday morning by 10:00 am to ensure prompt payments. Submissions can be sent to ccdf@itccpass.com

Provider contracts are to be completed annually! Be sure to check your contract for your expiration date.

ITTG Independent Contractor Notice

I received this notice regarding independent contractors this morning. I was asked to contact all my program's independent contractors to ensure they completed these forms and submitted them to finance as soon as possible.

I was also informed that if finance does not receive them promptly, you will not receive payment until they are submitted. The independent contractor statement and w9 can be found under packets & forms.

WCB-267 Contact info:

In-home/Family In-home must submit a copy of their Email confirmations from ICS.WCB@maine.gov within one week of sending their Independent contractor Statement. Anyone provider who has not submitted their confirmation is at risk of their checks being held. These confirmations are required annually by our finance department.

For questions regarding your Independent Contractor Status, please email ICS.WCB@maine.gov or call (207) 287-3751.

Any ITCC providers who have not submitted your Independent contractor statement. Please do so ASAP!
