The re-enrollment cut-off date has passed. If you haven't submitted your correctly completed packet and all the required documents, we will assume you no longer need the subsidy.
Your certification will expire on December 31st, 2024, and all payments will end.

Keep an eye out! We will be accepting new applications shortly. For now, please complete one of our waitlist applications. We recommend you look over the program application. Under the (Packets & Forms tab) this will help you prepare for when submit your application. Make sure to review the checklist.

The eligibility period is through September 30, 2024; parents/guardians must Re-enroll by September 30, 2024. However, the certificate is good until December 31, 2024.
