Re-enrollment is due by September 30th annually. If you did not submit your re-enrollment packet and all required documents by September 30, 2025, your certificate has expired, and you will have to RE-APPLY. We do not guarantee you will be awarded a new certificate.

Reminders for the upcoming Re-enrollment started back in July. I give families ample time to prepare for the cutoff date of September 30th ( annually).
This reminder is also included on the multiple forms within the packet and on the decision letters provided to the parent/guardian and providers.

Phasing out In-Home Providers.
Once our new facility is up and running, we will make it one of our primary daycare providers, along with other local licensed daycares. Phasing out means we will have limited in-home providers (max two, maybe three) and only those who complete all the requirements and keep up with them.
This will ensure that we remain in compliance and can help the tribe secure the children's safety to the best of our ability. ( We currently have THREE In-home providers. )

We are not accepting any new applications.
Our program will change once we complete the next triennial plan and open the new daycare center in the community.
For now, please complete one of our waitlist applications and make sure you check in per the application. It can be found under the Packets & Forms tab.

Attention: The re-enrollment period.
The eligibility period is through September 30, 2026; parents/guardians must re-enroll by that date.

We created a separate Facebook page and linked it to our business page! By connecting these two pages, we aim to streamline communication among program staff, providers, and families while reducing the need for communication on staff's pages. We would appreciate you contacting us on this page or our business page.

In-home/Family In-home must submit a copy of their Email confirmations from ICS.WCB@maine.gov within one week of sending their Independent contractor Statement. Anyone provider who has not submitted their confirmation is at risk of their checks being held. These confirmations are required annually by our finance department.
For questions regarding your Independent Contractor Status, please email ICS.WCB@maine.gov or call (207) 287-3751.
